可以用来测量蒸汽的流量计有以下几种：

1. 热式质量流量计：热式质量流量计可以直接测量蒸汽的质量流量，而不受温度和压力的影响。该类型流量计通过加热传感器并测量传感器温度的变化来测量流量。这种流量计适用于低流量和高精度的蒸汽流量测量。

2. 涡轮流量计：涡轮流量计是一种机械流量计，通过旋转轴上的涡轮叶片来测量蒸汽流量。该类型流量计的精度通常较高，适用于中高流量的蒸汽流量测量。

3. 差压流量计：差压流量计利用管道中的流体速度差产生的压力差来测量蒸汽流量。差压流量计的种类包括孔板流量计、流量喇叭、锥形流量计等。这种流量计适用于中低流量的蒸汽流量测量。

蒸汽现在在生产和生活中使用得越来越多，一般的蒸汽流量计都是计量气体的体积，而涡街就是专测量体积流量或质量流量的，蒸汽跟普通的空气，天然气等是完全不一样的，因为蒸汽的的密度是随着蒸汽的温度和压力的变化而不断变化的，要想准确计量蒸汽的用量，所以要使用温压补偿一体型的才可以，这样不仅可以检测出不同温度压力下的蒸汽密度，而且还可以非常准确的计量出蒸汽的实际用量。

1. 超声波流量计：超声波流量计通过发送超声波脉冲并测量其反射时间来计算蒸汽的流量。该类型流量计可以测量高温高压环境中的蒸汽流量。超声波流量计适用于高精度和高粘度的蒸汽流量测量。
